OPEN POSITIONS

Full Time Role

SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for all people groups and congregational facing ministries.  This person will directly oversee the pastoral care and spiritual life components of our ministry.  This includes student ministries, children's ministries, discipleship, assimilation, and pastoral care.  This person will provide leadership in the development of a comprehensive strategy to move our members through our three step engagement process (crowd, congregation, core).  He will ensure that Knowing, Being, Doing, and Giving are more than just mere words.  Our ultimate goal is to build fully devoted disciples of Christ who become core Kingdom Builders of The View.  He will be instrumental in the development and shaping of this area. Completion of Seminary along with a minimum of 5-8 years of progressively responsible experience is required.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:

· Master’s degree in Theology or equivalent in related field is required.

· Five (5) to Ten (10) years’ pastoral experience in ministry or non-profit settings.

· Preaching and teaching experience with the ability to demonstrate sound doctrine and strong hermeneutics

· Work experience in administrative roles helpful.

· A strong grasp of Scripture and a biblical understanding of spiritual growth.

Part Time Role

SUMMARY:

This person is responsible for overall church operations.  He will oversee all support services that undergird the effective operation of the church.  Specific duties include financial management, IT, guest relations and first impressions, facilities, security/risk management, compliance, policy development, and campus management.  A key project for him will be the development of a comprehensive Kingdom Builder strategy that ensures the effective operation of ministries across all ministry clusters. Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 5 - 8 years of progressively responsible experience in a minimum of three of the areas of responsibility is required. 

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:

· College degree in Organizational Management or related field is required. Theology degree helpful.

· Five (5) to Ten (10) years’ experience in working with organization structure and project management.

· Work experience in administrative roles a plus.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage teams and systems required.

Full Time Role

The Ministry Support Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the people groups and ministry clusters. EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:

  • Associate or Bachelor Degree Required

  • At least 3-5 years office, non-profit or corporate experience required

  • Must have strong integrity, honesty and respect for confidentiality

  • Must have a confessed relationship with Jesus Christ and able to articulate their values and belief systems to ensure they are in alignment with those of the church
